Painted from a photo of a camping trip to Kingston on Murray in South Australia. It was about 7.30pm and the light was a deep blue-mauve color, quite extraordinary. A little egret was nesting on the bank not far from our campsite, and numerous other water-birds abounded in the area.
This is painted on two canvases, but each one could be used individually.
